Hou Yin Cheung is a multidisciplinary professional who has built his career by combining technology, digital marketing, and intercultural relations. Holding degrees in Production Engineering from UniABC and Science and Technology from UFABC, he has developed a career focused on data analysis, innovation, and building bridges between Brazil and China.
He began his professional experience as an intern at Netshoes Group, where he worked in digital marketing for Latin America, focusing on remarketing, affiliates, and performance analysis. Later, he joined Cummins Inc., where he collaborated on engineering projects focused on cost reduction and sustainability, as well as working on industrial process development.
His career gained prominence in the technology and performance marketing sector by joining Jüsto BRA and later Jüsto Global, where he held roles as a digital marketing and business data (BI) analyst. In these positions, he led projects in user behavior prediction, the creation of retention models and the personalization of marketing strategies, as well as the development of dashboards in Power BI and optimized queries in SQL.
From 2024 onwards, he expanded his work as an entrepreneur and independent consultant in Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing, putting his expertise at the service of different growth and innovation initiatives. In 2025, he founded the Brazil-China Youth Cultural and Commercial Association (ACCJBC), where he serves as Secretary-General, leading administrative processes, financial management, institutional communication, and networking between stakeholders.
In addition to his professional career, Hou Yin Cheung is recognized for his versatility. He has worked in algorithm development and IT solutions, 3D design, and consulting on political campaigns. Passionate about sports, he has dedicated himself to table tennis, having been an assistant coach for athletes on the São Paulo state team and Brazilian national team.
A polyglot, he is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Portuguese, and has intermediate knowledge of Mandarin and Spanish, enabling him to navigate different business cultures and contexts. With a strong leadership spirit, negotiation skills, and strategic vision, Hou Yin Cheung has been consolidating his career as an innovative professional, capable of integrating technology, marketing, and international relations in high-impact projects.
